[Icom] Sony VAIO laptop receive audio & using headphones simultaneously

Radio Shack used to call this adapter an attenuator. It worked well on the
old mic inputs to tape recorders. Not sure if they still have them, but
should be "findable". They were red in color so you could recognize them
quickly.
