[Icom] Help with 706/RTTY

Hello,

I have an Icom 706MKIIG and a Rigblaster Plus. I'd like some help with=20
setting it up for FSK RTTY. I'm confused about how to interface it=20
correctly with the Rigblaster Plus. There is a jack on the back of the=20
radio for RTTY, and also a few relevant pins on the ACC13 connector.

For those of you who have successfully set this up, how did you do it?
