Hi Ron,
I have ZERO volts, AC or DC between my PS-30 chassis and the negative =
13.8 VDC output. If you have 108 volts AC you have a major problem. If =
any of your gear that is powered off the PS-30 has a negative to ground =
path, then you would put 108 volts on all the chassis that are commonly =
grounded in your shack.

Subject: [Icom] ICOM PS-30
Hello to All,
I have a PS-30 power supply and was checking it for lightning damage
and noticed that I have 108VAC from the case to the negative lead on =
the
DC plug. Looking at the print the PS is isolated and not grounded to
the case housing. Can someone measure for this voltage on their PS-30
as I really can't believe this is normal. Please e-mail me direct.
Thanks,
Ron, N4GFO
