[Icom] ICOM PS-30

Hello to All,

	I have a PS-30 power supply and was checking it for lightning damage
and noticed that I have 108VAC from the case to the negative lead on the
DC plug.  Looking at the print the PS is isolated and not grounded to
the case housing.  Can someone measure for this voltage on their PS-30
as I really can't believe this is normal.  Please e-mail me direct.
