[Icom] Vox operation on 756ProII

Hi Ray,

You are correct that by using acc-1 for mic input, the vox and mic gain 
controls WILL NOT WORK. I use the acc-1 for audio in from my w2ihy eq and 
dynamic mike in the wide position for better audio, as outlined by many 
others. Now in a contest situation, its back to my heil headset directly into 
the front panel mic connector and a foot switch..transmit audio set to mid w/ 
comp..
