Hi Adam,

My, you are too quick!

Unfortunately I have had to post a correction about Item (3) which you 
should have concurrently. I trust that it will not be a problem to correct 
the HTML version which does indeed look great.  Thanks for going to 
that trouble and maybe it will all provide a talking point for someone 
who wants to go down the same road.
