IMHO this problem, and I agree that it is a problem, results from the way the 
reflector is configured.  Every other reflector I subscribe to gives me TWO 
<Radio Button> options:
A.  Reply ONLY to sender, or
B.  Reply to EVERYBODY.
This reflector, alone, gives me two <Radio Button> options:
A. Reply to EVERYBODY or, 
B. Reply to EVERYBODY.
As long as these are the options, this reflector will have too many private 
messages in a public forum.  When the volume here gets heavy, I just delete 
everything, still UNREAD.  A shame, but necessary for time management.
