[Icom] Transverter useage?

Hello all,
   I acquired a IC-756 Pro a few months ago.   I like it very much, and
have been thinking of using a transverter behind it for 2m, 220, & 432 to
keep many of the options I like on the 756.   Wonder if anyone has used
the Microwave Modules units, or any others available on the market?  
What problems were encountered?   Maybe I should ask what problems may
have been encountered with any vendors trying this?   Support?
