There is an Icom archive on my "Downloads" page which you may find
interesting. It does not incorporate the mods you are seeking, but does
offer other mods (including W2ISB's PBT Mod) and very useful information
such as VE3HUR's IC-765 Notes.

titled, "Modifying the ICOM IC-765 for Better-Sounding Audio and Smoother
