I have a service manual, and could get Staples to copy it for about $50.
Alternatively, I could scan and e-mail the relevant pages.

I have a friend who has an Icom IC-781 which has died over the week end. It
won't come on and he doesn't have a service manual for it. Anyone got one
for sale or can they be downloaded from somewheres?  Also, he suspects that
the problem may be in the switching power supply and regulators. Anybody
