This is a new net started by the Davenport ARC. The net is for passing traffic that
can't be passed between the counties within the Davenport NWS office coverage area on
2M. It seems that repeater for SEITS is not working in the Quad-Cities (146.76). So we
are putting up a HF station (W0BXR) at the weather office for this.

This net was started due to the the other net being on only on the first sunday of
the month. So the net will be held later in the evening every sunday.

Even with SEITS working perfectly. There are areas that are not accessable iin the
NWS Coverage.

There are site access problems at 146.76 so when and if the repeater can repaired is
unknown. I think co-located 444.500 is even down and that was a fine machine. I was able
to get into it from Stanwood in Cedar County.
