I was tuning around on 80 meters last night and heard a couple guys talking on
3990.5. Said something about the SEITS link in SE IA going down, and then mentioned
that they wanted to spread the word about this frequency (3990.5). Anyone know what
it's for? They got to talking about weather spotting, so I wondered if this was a
NWS storm spotter net frequency?
