It's a linked repeater system in eastern Iowa. SEITS = South East Iowa 
Technical Society.  Repeaters are in places such as Burlington, Mount 
Pleasant, Keokuk, Ottumwa, Fairfield, Winfield, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 
City, et al.  They're all linked on a 440 MHz backbone from the hub in 
Winfield.  All are 2M except the 220 MHz repeater in Cedar Rapids and a 440 
rptr in Waterloo, which are linked together.
