It's a linked repeater system in eastern Iowa. SEITS = South East Iowa
Technical Society. Repeaters are in places such as Burlington, Mount
Pleasant, Keokuk, Ottumwa, Fairfield, Winfield, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Iowa
City, et al. They're all linked on a 440 MHz backbone from the hub in
Winfield. All are 2M except the 220 MHz repeater in Cedar Rapids and a 440
rptr in Waterloo, which are linked together.
