[HSMM-COS] Parts Recommendations

Hi folks,

 I've been "chatting" with Jim Kinter (K5KTF) of the hsmm-mesh.org
site.  He says:

"I can usually get 2 dishes at $50 each, an enclosure for $35ish, a node
for 0-30 dollars, CAT5 I have a 100' box out in the shop (about $70),
and then the lightning protection about $75-80. I can usually keep it
under $300 for a 1-node-2Dish setup.
We will be adding a section to the site of recommended sites and gear to
buy very short"
