I know this subject has been beat to death
before, but does anybody out there have a
recommentation for a replacement antenna
for the Icom IC-T8A (6M/2M/440 MHz HT)?

I purchased an MFJ-1720S "6M/2M/440 MHz High
Gain Flexiduck(TM) Tri-Band Antenna" about
2 years ago, but I can't see any difference
between it and the T8A's stock antenna.

I did a quick Google search and came up with
two others: Premier RD98SMA (never heard of
Premier before) and Diamond SRH835. A fellow
ham suggested the Comet MH-510.

Any others out there? I need an antenna with
gain on 2M and 440 MHz.
