is the owner of Radio Works a nut or is his testing valid?? he states that no
dipole whose ends drop more than to create a 140* included angle will work as
well as one with an acute apex angle of 120 or 90 or whatever.
also, he then goes on about cloud warming with the feedline being a vertical
radiator unless you stick a balun immediately after the centerpoint (you know
what the one on my DX-CC ADelta looks like). etc. whole point is, the results
of his testing and so on fly in the face of common givens in radio antenna
knowledge.
I guess I am asking if this guy is commonly known among the elmers as being a
kook or whether he is an Oppenheimer out there on the edge.
