Richard,

You might use a series inductor with the lead going
to the feedthru cap....choose the inductor/cap combination
to be series resonant at 10mhz.  You can find resonance with
a grid-dip meter lightly coupled to the input of the lead of
the inductor with say, a couple of turns of wire and another turn
or two around the coil of the dipper to complete the loop.
