Thank you for your reply.
it was considerate and to the point, I appreciate it.

I guess I should have explained that I have designed, built and bench tested 
a 10 MHz oscillator to go into a homebrew transceiver.
I wanted to know how to calculate the value of a feed though capacitor on the DC line
which will prevent the RF from getting into / or outside the enclosed isolated oscillator module.

That’s my wish list and my  study of electronics.
