Lansdale Semiconductor <http://www.lansdale.com> has taken over from Freescale Semiconductor (offshoot of Motorola). I believe that DigiKey and Jameco still sell the MC145151. I too have a project that the PLL chip would work WONDERS in! A 11m to 6m conversion!! Alas I have a BUNCH of MC145152 PLL chips that are similar but are Dual-Modulus not Single-Modulus PLL chips. They may work but still going over the data sheets. I also have some old boards from some satellite SCPC TX/RX equipment that I may convert to a 6 meter beacon. The TX boards are already in the 50 to 80 MHz area - just change one of the PLL circuits or add a keyed 21.4 MHz oscillator. They average +10 to 20 dBm out already (10 to 100 mW).
