The labels I can deal with:  A lot of them can be removed by slowly working 
an edge with your fingernail until you have enough to grab.  For those that 
are really tight to the plastic:  soak in water until you can rub the paper 
part off with your finger or a greenie pad.  When all you have left is the 
adhesive, let it dry; you can remove that with rubbing alcohol and a paper 
towel.  You can use Goo-Gone if you work fast...all it seems to do is dull 
the plastic.
