[HomeBrew] 28 volt Power supply

Hey Guys ,I'm building a Power supply for 27.5vdc. I need to locate a power
transformer that will deliver abt 30 v/ac or more at abt 15 amps . anything
over that will be ok preferably with a center tap or  two tranny's that
produce 15 vacthat I could hook up in series.ANy current meters for 20 amps
ar volt meters for 30 vdc aor more plus cabinet to put them in any Ideas ?
