Hi, John:
It's not DSP, but you can get into the '440's audio notch-chip circuitry and
and bugger it so that the chip will provide notch/peak with the (former)
off/on switch. I *do not* have the details anymore, it's been years since I
did this, but the circuitry is "standard" state-variable with hi-pass,
lo-pass, bandpass, and notch out to various pins of that custom
discrete-component chip.
If you get DSP, this is a good place to insert it in the '440 circuitry.
