[HomeBrew] looking for plans: simple transmitter

I am interested in trying to build a homebrew transmitter.  I have
enjoyed homebrew electronics for years, but this will be my first radio
project, so I would really like to keep it as simple as possible, yet
still meet my objectives.  I have no preference whether tubes are
incorporated or it is all solid state.

Here are the criteria that I am aiming for:

      CW only
      10 meter only
      10 watts output or greater

Can anyone lead me to some plans to get me started?
