Well, if they keep it within your FCC Part 15 rules it should be ok no?

The commercial units that do TV rebroadcast use 2400mhz I believe.

If they kept it within Part 15, it should be ok, though, it sounds like
they are way exceeding the power limits. 100' is *quite* a ways.
At 100' next door neighbours could be real upset.

Well, the audio subcarrier is FM, but thats a lot more work than its worth.
i.e. pulling out the FM subcarrier to amplify it separately.
