[HomeBrew] Mosfet transistor pinout

This is probably a stupid question, but i can't find answers in PDF's or my
ref books.

I have a NTE490 and i have to fit it into a diagram like this:
here is an approximate picture of it:

On the package it has three pins in this order D G S
i'm not sure what pins these are.
