I was looking for some parts today and ran across an unopened bag of 3n128 mosfets. Looks like 20-30 of them. They look new (uncut leads w/shorting rings). Any one have any idea of their application or value. Also in the drawer were 7 new in boxes ECG220. I believe those are 40673's Thanks, Ron
