[HomeBrew] MOSFET Question

I just built a 20 Watt Linear Amp and the stp16nf output transistors
are inadquate for 100% duty cycle operations, such as psk31 and afsk.
Will better heatsinking be adequate or do I need to replace them with
heavier devices? If replaciing them is the best option, would like to stay 
with the same form factor to avoid building a new pc board! I need some 
feedback/suggestions/recomendations
