[HomeBrew] Oscilliscope Probe

   I recently acquired a Tektronix 465B Oscilloscope which is rated at 100
Mhz.
The scope came without a set of probes(s)
so my question is,

Does the probe set have to match the working
range of the scope (100 Mhz) or will a higher
range probe work (150 Mhz).?
