 1. Where can you get Greenlee punches sharpened after they have been
used a lot?

Our local hardware store has a guy on tap who sharpens things. Drill
bits,  razors, you name it. Suggest you try your local non chain
hardware store.

I have a circular type drill bit which can be adjusted for diameter. Put
it in a drill press and clamp the metal in place. It will cut through
most aluminum panels. I burned out one on stainless steel so do not even
try it on SS.
