[HomeBrew] HF/VHF Antenna Tuner and SWR meter

I have a homebrew HF tuner that works well but could use some tlc
and a top cover you may have for very short money to get you started.

Single roller inductor w/turns counter, chain-driven dual variable air
caps.

I am changing to an all-portable/mobile station configuration
here and this is a little too large.
