Additional information is available on this Saturday's Makani Pahili 
exercise.  A timeline of the operations from 9:00 am to 12 noon is 
outlined on the web page

Stations are encouraged to pass messages consistent with the scenario 
timeline, and to modify operations to correlate with the simulated 
conditions.  For example, f the time line call for a simulated power 
outage, switch from AC power to battery or generator power.  If high 
winds are strong enough to damage HF or repeater antennas, stop 
transmitting on HF and stop transmitting through the repeaters.
