[HIham] Cell phone bill/ordinance web page updated

Hawaii Hams,

The web page with information on Hawaii's mobile cell phone ban has been 
updated.

*  The bills in the State Legislature are effectively dead for this 
session.  It is unlikely that SB2755 SD2 will be revived.
*  Kauai's ordinance goes into effect on May 23.  Amateur radio is 
exempt on Kauai.
*  Maui's bill was deferred, pending the outcome at the State 
Legislature.  No word yet on when the bill will be reheard.
*  Maui is the last county dealing with mobile electronic device 
legislation.  The other counties have exempted mobile amateur radio.
