I am forwarding for Ron Hashiro, State ARES/RACES Coordinator.  He wrote an
article about the Hawaii Amateur Radio operators response to the recent
Chilean Earthquake and the subsequent Tsunami Warning and it is now posted
at ARRL's website.

I and others gave Ron minor corrections and input.  He is to be commended
for an excellent article.
Thanks go to all Amateur Radio operators who participated, especially the
ARES and RACES members.
