[HIham] Magnitude 8.8 Earthquake off Chile, PTWC Tsunami advisory bulletin link

PTWC released a Tsunami Warning effective at 12:46 am.  KSSK-AM carried 
the NWS broadcast just now.

Monitor 146.88, 147.06, 7088 at the top of the hour effective 7:00 am 
for updates.  ETA is 11:19 am.
