There has been a Magnitude 8.8 earthquake off of Chile at 8:34 pm 
Friday, with a depth of 35 km at 35.846°S, 72.719°W.

The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has sent out advisory bulletins on 
the situation, as it continues to evaluate if there will be a tsunami
