Honduras Earthquake 7090 frequency update

Greg Mossop, G0DUB, The IARU Region 1 Emergency Communications  
Coordinator reports receiving information from Dr. Cesar Pio Santos,  
HR2P, the IARU Region 2 Emergency Communications Coordinator that 7090  
is no longer likely to be used for emergency communications in  
connection with the Honduras Earthquake and thanks all amateurs for  
their co-operation.
