Dennis,If you are talking about the staffer who spoke to you and me outside
on the walkway at the State Capital, that was the State meeting you and I
were attending.  This effort now is with the City Council - entirely
different.  I realize it is confusing and that is part of the problem.  We
are having to deal with this legislature at the state and county level.  The
issue at the State is dormant for now, but the issue at the City Council
needs our help,
