[HIham] State-wide Makani Pahili Exercise, Saturday, May 14

Amatuer radio operators in Hawaii will be participating in the annual 
hurricane exercise.

State Civil Defense RACES will be running HF (7.088) and VHF 
(147.02/147.04/147.06) between 9:00 am and 11:00 am on Saturday, May 
14.  Stations are encouraged to send formal messages in ARRL Radiogram 
form, (or for Healthcomm using the Facility Status Report).

Include the text "This is a test message" at the beginning and end of 
the message.
