[HIham] Posted language for 2773 is inaccurate

The posted language for HB2773 CD1 is inaccurate.  There is a clause =
omitted from the bill that was aged upon in the conference committee.  =
We are assessing the impact of this omission and how to rectify it.

Below is the way it appears in the posted version:
(1) The board of directors of an association shall have the authority to =
permit owners to install antennas for amateur radios in their apartments =
or their limited common element without the consent of the owner or =
owners of the apartment or apartments for the use of which the limited =
common element is reserved;

This is the way it should read with the difference in uppercase letters:

(1) The board of directors of an association shall have the authority to =
permit owners to install antennas for amateur radios in their apartments =
or their limited common elementS, PROVIDED THAT THE SAME SHALL NOT BE =
INSTALLED UPON ANY LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT without the consent of the =
owner or owners of the apartment or apartments for the use of which the =
limited common element is reserved;
