As I have already made comment before Kevin's request that we
refrain, allow me to clarify my previous post comments:

A closer read of the bill "pertaining to subdivision", ONLY CC&R
controlled communities "located in agricultural districts as defined in section
205-2;" may the boards so allow!! Therefore, in many CC&R controlled
subdivisions elsewhere not in ag districts, the association boards MAY NOT
even consider allowing an amateur antenna IF the association rules already
prohibit them!

Princeville, Mililani, etc. seem to stay as is: amateur antennas prohibited,
and may not even be considered should the bill pass as is.

The one step forward in all of this: the boards of directors of ag district
associations only, and all condominium associations may consider and
vote to do so should they chose, to allow an amateur antenna installation the
board finds "suitable", even if the association member contracts now specify
none are to be allowed.

I'm not an attorney nor a legislator, so will await Kevin's explanation FAQ's
before further comment as to what we amateurs should do.
