[HIham] HB2773 & 2774 passed House, going on to Senate, thank your representative

Ron Hashiro, AH6RH, was at the House this evening and saw the bills pass the
House.  Ann, NH7QS, counted about 16 nayes, 33 ayes, and one abstention.
The bills will going on to the Senate.  Thanks again to all who have helped.
