This tidbit was in the last note from some guy named warren munroe:

"Table locations have already been assigned to those club and ham radio
groups who responded to the announcement and contacted me directly during
the planning for this event."

If this was in response to the DXCC Field Checking announcement, blame this
self appointed Munro in charge if you don't find a DXCC Field Checking spot
on Saturday.  Makes no difference to me.

Individuals needing cards checked for DXCC may contact me directly.
