Subject: update & rain alert - ham swap meet April 3, this Saturday

Ham swap meet this Saturday April 3, Aiea Elementary School, start 8 AM.

If it rains, activity will center in the cafeteria.  Please keep the curb
side spaces clear except for loading and unloading.

Table locations have already been assigned to those club and ham radio
groups who responded to the announcement and contacted me directly during
the planning for this event.

The event may run longer if moved inside, so I will be checking to see if
more time is available (I don't think any group is following us).  However,
the drawing WILL be held at 11 AM as advertised and close-up time announced.

Additional items have come in for door prizes.  The donor has put some
modest conditions on these items, so there will be a supplementary raffle
for these items, and the winner(s) will need to BE PRESENT at 11 AM.
