[HIham] 20M in decent shape this AM

The 20 meter band is in decent shape this morning (Thursday) with stations 
worldwide being workable.  Nice contacts with YA/N4SIX and 4S4TL on ssb
at 1543/1550.  Europeans on cw but nothing semi-rare heard here yet.  One 
lone European contact on 15 ssb yesterday morning with OK2RZ at 1945Z.  His signal
lasted only a short while and then took a nose dive back into the noise floor.
