[HIham] Koolau ARC meeting tomorrow, all hams welcome (cable demos)

The Koolau ARC will be holding its usual 2nd Saturday morning meeting
TOMORROWdhood morning in Kaneohe at the Hoomaluhia Botanical park (Visitor
Center) at the end of Luluku Road off of Kamehameha Highway.  Time 9:30 AM.

After brief club business, it will be "Coax Cable Time".  Demos such as
making coax connectors and checking old coax cables for loss using both
high-tech and low-tech (meaning cheap and simple) methods are on the program
(as coax ages, cable loss grows, and can become significant, especially at
VHF).

Bring any suspicious cables you have lying around (the longer and older the
better), and if you have any other coax tricks or techniques, please bring a
sample and show the gang.  We will have a normal set of ham-level test
equipment available including MFJ-259.
