[HIham] Single email list for Hawaii Hams

Both hamradiohawaii and hiham have been around for several years, so my 
recollection of what was happening when they were started is somewhat 
fuzzy at this point.  My impression (which may or may not be accurate) 
is that both lists were started independently at roughly the same time 
by two different guys who saw the same need.  Today, there are a lot of 
us who subscribe to both, so we don't miss anything that goes out on one 
list and not the other.  We also post to both, to reach people who are 
subscribed to one and not the other.  To the best of my knowledge, both 
lists serve the same audience and fulfill the same function.
