[HIham] Incoming hurricane Jimena

Just an early notice that tropical storm Jimena is arriving into
the Central Pacific area.  It's anticipated to cross 140 West
Longitude early Saturday morning.  It's also expected to
turn into a hurricane shortly.

The current path is expected to travel along 18 North
Lattitude, however, hurricanes cannot be expected to
follow anticipated forecasts.  The current path takes it
about 100 miles south of Hilo around noon on Monday.
