The EARC will hold its General Membership meeting on 28 August 2003 at 7:00
pm at the American Red Cross bldg., 4155 Diamond Head Road.  The talk-in
freq is 146.88-MHz.  The topic for this meeting will be a presentation by
Ron Hashiro, AH6RH, on Novel Techniques in Emergency Communications.  This
presentation was well received when he presented it at the Dayton hamvention
in May.  If you can, bring a little bit of food to share and enjoy the
camaraderie.  We'll have fun and it will be informative, also!  I have name
badges ready for the members who attended the last couple of meetings.  If
you plan on coming and are a member, let me know and I will be sure to have
it ready for you to pick up.
