Yes, that's right.  Thanks for the refresher.  Been working too many 
late nights.

All right gang, write BOTH your senators.  Nothing ventured, nothing 
gained,
and in Hawaii, we're the ones who are vulnerable and lose if we don't do 
this for ourselves.

I'll work on my letter tonite.....and will call the offices later next 
week when I'm in town.

P.s.  Don't wait for ARRL HQ staff on this one.  I know we (members) can 
beat the staff to
the punch!
