Possibly you are being limited by your hearing.  If not, you should be able to get out of this rut the same way you got through earlier ones; practice at a higher speed.  My stumbling blocks were a little different than yours.  I ran into a major barrier between 55 and 60 wpm.  The next one didn't occur until 75 or 80 wpm.  That's where I stopped.  That was years ago ...
